Adam’s contributes an endless passion for personal and group development to SOS, which also fuels his work as an HR professional. He is currently Talent Principal for XPV Water Partners, and previously played roles with BMO as Senior Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness, and with Deloitte as a Senior Partner. Adam is an avid skier. Adam completed his MSc from The University of Oxford and London School of Economics. Adam has been a member of SOS’ Board of Directors since 2016.
