Shavone is an Associate at Blakes, Cassels and Graydon LLP, with a focus on tax law. In addition to providing her legal guidance to SOS since 2017, Shavone has a long held passion for student leadership and cultural exchange. Throughout her studies, Shavone was active in campus leadership as co-executive of the MBA Games Team, a mentor with the Peer Mentorship Program, and volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Journal of International Law and International Relations. Shavone’s passion for cultural exchange and learning also took her to Brazil where she lived for a semester. Shavone completed her J.D./M.B.A. at the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction from the Rotman School of Management.
