He is a retired director from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment with over four decades of engineering and legislative experience in water supply and sewage treatment. Wayne supports the project as an advisor to the student team to ensure the design is fully considered, practical, and sustainable. He also ensures the project proceeds with awareness of local legislative requirements and global best practices.
