As we kick off our Global Ambassadors Summer Exchange Program, I am so excited to introduce to you our new SOS Global Ambassadors who will be participating in online exchanges and supporting SOS throughout the summer.
Meet the SOS volunteers of Team 2:
Vanessa Vuong
Vanessa is currently in her second year of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Windsor. This year was her first time volunteering with the SOS Windsor Chapter as an HR representative. She’s very persistent and she is dedicated to making a difference despite the challenges of the pandemic.
Allison Baker
Allison is currently in her second year of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Windsor. She volunteers as an exam aid tutor for Cell Biology and Biodiversity, and participated in our SuperScience workshops. Allison is a passionate dancer and looks forward to sharing her passion with others!
Jaclyn Ruta
Jaclyn is currently in her third year of Health and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Windsor. She has been actively involved with the SOS Windsor Chapter since September 2020, serving as an outreach representative and participant in the SuperScience programs. Jaclyn is trained in first aid and lifesaving skills, enjoys yoga and mindfulness, and is passionate about learning.
Reshna Ninan
Reshna is currently in her fourth year of Psychology, with a minor in Biology, at the University of Windsor. She has been a volunteer with SOS for three years in the HR department at the Windsor Chapter. Reshna enjoys a variety of the arts, including painting and writing, and looks forward to learning more about different cultures.
